Can I gain access to the facility if I am not a resident of The National?
Yes! We offer an annual membership option, as well as daily fees for non-residents. A court reservation for a non-resident/non-member is $40 per hour, $60 per 90min, etc. Cost of reservation can be split amongst guests. For more information regarding memberships please see our membership tab.
How far in advance can I book a court?
National residents can book a court up to 7 days in advance. If you have purchased a membership, you may book a court up to 5 days in advance. If you are neither a National resident nor a member, you may book a court up to 3 days in advance.
How many courts can I book at a time?
You may book only one court at a time. If you wish to book more than one court at a time, the reservation must be under another name or after the first reservation is completed.
What is your cancellation policy for court reservations?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all reservations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your court reservation are non-refundable. If you are a resident or member, you will not be charged a fee for cancelling. However, we ask as a courtesy that you call the pro-shop to cancel your reservation so that we don’t have empty courts that otherwise could be filled. If you are a non-resident/non-member and you cancel less than 24 hours before your court reservation this will result in a full charge of your original reservation fee (exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances).
What is your cancellation policy for tennis and pickleball clinics?
We offer a flexible 12 hour cancellation policy for all tennis and pickleball clinics. If you cancel your clinic reservation at least 12 hours before the start of the clinic you will be fully refunded the clinic price. Failure to cancel your clinic reservation at least 12 hours before the start of the clinic will result in a full charge.
Can I bring guests?
Residents and members are granted 10 complimentary guest passes per calendar year. These passes are one time use and can be obtained by typing the code guestpass at checkout. Once these guest passes have been used, any additional guests (if accompanied by a resident) will be charged $10 per guest per hour. For non-residents and non-members, there are daily fees available (see more below or in the membership tab).
Do you have a ball machine?
Yes. We have a ball machine that is available for use exclusively on tennis court one. If you wish to reserve the ball machine, you must reserve court time on tennis court 1 and include the ball machine in your payment. For residents and members, the ball machine will amount to a $15 charge. For non-residents/members, the ball machine is a $20 charge plus the reserved court time which begins at $40 per hour.
Do you offer rental racquets or paddles?
For clinics and lessons we offer complementary racquets and paddles to borrow. For non-residents/non-members looking to borrow a racquet or paddle outside of a clinic or lesson we charge a $5 fee.
If we are thinking about purchasing a racquet, do you have any racquets to demo?
All of our racquets and paddles available for sale are available to demo. Once you have found a racquet or paddle that you are interested in demoing, simply let the front desk know that you would like to demo the racquet.
